Ms. Carter and Mrs. Remsen

Hi! My name is Nicole Remsen . I am one of the first grade teachers here at Kaler Elementary School. I am very excited to be working with Mrs. Carter again this year! This is my second year teaching.

During the past twelve summers, I have been actively involved in the South Portland Recreation’s Summer Rec Camp program. For the past six summers, I have been a Camp Director, overseeing the daily activities of 200 campers, 20 staff members, and maintaining communication with parents.

I have a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Maine at Farmington, with a concentration in science. I am certified to teach Kindergarten through grade eight. I am looking forward to a great school year!
